Terms of Use
1. Accepting these terms
Using the app or the site means you accept these terms. Inside the app you will be asked to accept them explicitly before uploading content for the first time. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Minimum age for independent use: 13. Under 18, use is the responsibility of a parent or guardian and under their supervision.
2. What the service does
The app displays sheet music you upload, converts scans into digital notation, transposes to each instrument's key, and synchronises across the ensemble's tablets. Some processing happens on the device and some on our server — details in the Privacy Policy.
We may change, add or discontinue features. A material change that degrades a paid service will be announced in advance.
3. The content you upload — the most important section
By uploading content you confirm that at least one of the following is true:
- you own the rights, or you composed or arranged the work yourself;
- you hold a licence or permission from the rights holder (for example a purchase that permits ensemble use);
- the work is in the public domain, or your use is permitted under applicable law.
You also undertake:
- not to upload infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful or sexual content;
- not to upload content unrelated to playing and to sheet music;
- not to use the service to distribute sheet music to the general public outside your ensemble.
The rights stay yours. We do not acquire ownership of what you upload and we make no commercial use of it. The permission you grant us is deliberately narrow: to store, convert, transpose and display the content — solely in order to provide the service to you.
Transposition creates a derivative version of the work. It is intended for your internal use only and confers no right to distribute or sell it.
4. Removal and rights-holder notices
We do not pre-screen uploaded content. A rights holder who believes content on the service infringes their rights is invited to contact us — the procedure and required details are on the Copyright notices page. A substantiated notice will lead to removal, and repeat cases to closure of the user's access.
5. The practice room and conduct between users
The app includes a practice room with live video and audio between ensemble members. We do not record, transcribe or listen to conversations. The rules:
- no harassment, humiliation, threats or sexual exposure;
- every other participant's tile carries a “🚨 Report” button;
- the conductor — the room owner — can remove a participant, and removal blocks re-entry;
- do not record or photograph other participants without their consent.
A serious breach may result in loss of access to the service.
6. Subscriptions and payment
| Topic | Details |
|---|---|
| Who charges | Purchases are made through the app store. The store is the party that charges, issues the receipt and handles cancellation and refunds, under its own terms. |
| Renewal | A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel in the store's subscription settings. |
| When it ends | Paid features close. The content you uploaded stays on your device. |
| Price changes | Never applied to a period already paid for. Changes to future periods are announced in advance. |
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some features depend on an internet connection and on third-party services.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total monetary liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event.
8. Backups
Content is stored on your device. We do not keep a backup copy of your library, and deleting the app deletes it. The app includes an export option — we recommend using it.
9. Ending use
You may stop at any time and remove the app. We may restrict or close access in case of breach of these terms, repeated infringement, or use that harms other users.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not derogate from mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We will update this page as needed and the date above will change accordingly. For a material change we will ask you to accept again inside the app.
